What happens from here?

2. Tamara will be in touch with a link to a questionnaire to fill out - We take the time to learn how you envision your wedding to look & than put together a customized quote for you.

3. Phone Consult is booked to discuss further if needed

4. Secure your Wedding Date - 25% of the Quoted total & signed contract returned 

We will only provide a written quote if you have already secured your wedding date & venue
Not sure what to budget for? That is 100% ok we will chat through this! However - Please know that whether you are spending $3000 or $20,000 we are 100% dedicated to every bloom & aspect of your Styling & Florals, we love what we do & are here to bring your visions to life, whilst taking into account your budget - we are here to provide advice on how to best utilize your floral budget & ensure it aligns with your expectations. We are so honored that couples choose & entrust us to design their wedding flowers & would love to be apart of yours.

Your wedding journey with Toowoomba White Weddings 

SECURE YOUR WEDDING DATE 

25% Booking Fee Paid (non refundable) 

Date Secured - 


There is nothing else to do until 8 weeks prior to the day (at this stage you are securing your date with us - you don't have to be 100% sure on all of your color palette & floral preferences yet.


FINAL RUN THROUGH & TIMELINE PROCESS 

8 weeks prior - you receive a Questionnaire to fill out this is to ensure we have everything covered for the big day it's your chance to make any updates or changes to your ideas and requirements, we arrange a phone consult to discuss in more detail 

Following this we create a final mood-board for your perusal. 

30 days prior - Final Invoice ISSUED & due for payment 

2 weeks prior - we send out a time-line questionnaire 

1 week prior - we touch base with your Venue to confirm out bump in times we will let you know this aswell. 

WEDDING DAY 

We deliver bouquets and bridal party blooms to you & your love, & then create magic in your ceremony & reception spaces whilst you get to enjoy your day. 


After the Ceremony we re-purpose (if arranged and able to be done) your florals to the reception so you can get the most out of these gorgeous blooms you have invested in. 

POST WEDDING DAY 

We return to the Venue to collect all Hired Items, Vessels  & Structures used for your florals.


 (PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THESE WITH YOU) 


All of your gorgeous blooms are yours 


Anything left behind we will dispose of for you.
